We’ve got lots of robust red wines to match the meats (including our 92/100 Ray Jordan’s Top 100 Reds 2013 Back Block Shiraz) and, of course, some old ports and fortifieds for the Dad with a sweet tooth. On the Jane Brook Grapevine

From the Vineyard

Barrel pruning – has been completed in the Swan Valley & Margaret River.

Hand pruning – started in the second week of August.

From the Cellar

Lots of new & delicious jars of produce to take home – Bev has been making some new jams & chutneys and another batch of Verjuice Mint Jelly – perfect with Roast Lamb and using Jane Brook’s very own Verjuice.

From the Kitchen

Our new Shared Plates menu has proven to be a winner with fantastic feedback from everyone who has given it a go!  If you haven’t tried it – pop in on the weekend and find out what everyone’s raving about!
